Hi

I am trying to drink low calorie Indian tonic water every day one glass see if this helps Rd for my restless legs

If it's for the quinine, then don't bother. There is virtually no quinine in tonic water, and it only helps leg cramps , not rls.

Too much quinine ( real quinine) may be deleterious for the heart.

Manganese may be a better non medical bet.😜💪

I'm not sure of the exact amount, but to get anywhere near even a minimum dose of quinine from drinking tonic water, you'd need to drink anout 20 litres.

Quinine hasn't benn proven effective for RLS and there isn't enough quinine in tonic water to have an impact on anything. I know because I tried it. Sorry, I know how desperate people are to find something that will work.

Besides the tiny amount of quinine in tonic water having no effect on RLS, if the low calorie version contains artificial sweeteners this could even make RLS worse
