I take a sleeping tab Zopiclone 75mg x 1 at night. Also known as Immovane / Z Dorm. Di in SA.

Do you mean 7.5mg?😃

That might be one a week, and maybe no more after week 1 ⚰⚰ ☠☠. I think I'd stick with Madlegs1 dosage.

sleeping assists have never helped me, just make things much worse!

Zopiclone hasn't particularly helped me sleep either. The rls just overrides the effects of it and I'm still wide awake leaping about of a night when I've taken a tablet!

I'm glad it works for you! Personally, Zopiclone made me do things I had no memory of doing.
