How do I word a search in here so it will only come up in the RLS community?

After you have used the search button, click on My Communities and only RLS postings should appear. These are instructions when using a computer.

On an Android phone, use the search icon top right.

Keep to one word if possible.

This will get you any results within your particular communities.

This is often useful for cross fertilization opinions on various medications.
