Hi all

I am new to here and only been a sufferer for 2 years ( worst 2 years of my life) hats off to anyone that has had this condition since birth!

I have done a huge amount of research and worked really closely with my Dr at Guys hospital sleep clinic in London on trying different meds...the best one so far is Trazodone in small doses, it actually gave me my life back and I get some real sleep and I am not in constant zombie mode of the verge of a break down.

It's great to hear you've found something which works for you.

RLS can be such a roller coaster.

Delighted you have it under control. Guy’s is supposed to be a good hospital- Dr Guy Leschziner gets good reviews.

Thanks Nat. It's always good to learn of other options. I haven't come across this one before so will look it up.

Hi Nat, is the Trazadone still working for you? May I ask if you tried any opioids before starting Trazadone?
