There are 3 RLS quality care centres in Northern USA. Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and the Yale Centre in New Haven Connecticut. You may have to travel to one of those but I don’t know if you can get prescriptions out of state. We have a different health care system over here and you can get a prescription from a doctor and then get the drugs from any pharmacy in the UK.
As this is a UK help forum, there are more UK members than from the USA but hopefully, someone may know an RLS expert nearer to you.
