I was on pramipexole 3 times a day then I went in augmentation then I was told to come off pramipexole slowly I am on half tablet now I am on new tablets pregabalin 25 mg twice daily one week then 50 mg one week then 75 mg there after I am on the 3 re week but still getting RlS bad when I go to bed can anyone help me please

It takes a few weeks for the Pregabalin to be effective. Could the dr give you some Tramadol to get you over this.?

The ptegabalin isn't enough to help with the withdrawals you are having from taking less pramipexole ask your doctor for some Tramadol to help while you are still withdrawing it's what most people take when weaning off pramipexole
