Good Morning,
This may be my first post on here in almost 5 years,
I have been on 75mg of Pregabalin at night for RLS as I developed it all day long very quickly since July 2014 and only take a second one in the morning in times were my legs play up more than they should,
It has worked to reduce my symptoms by 90% during this time and in times it has not worked fully, reduces them by about 60%,
However in the last month, my symptoms are only reduced by about 20% at the very best, and that is being kind,
I no longer sleep well, and get about 4 hours at best uninterrupted and sometimes none at all,
My GP has given me a 150MG dosage now to take at night instead of the 75MG, while I also continue to take a 75MG one in the morning, however as yet, I dont believe this has made much of a difference,
After 5 years on such a low dose, is it a case that its going to take time to work again at this higher dose?
When a med works well for a while, then stops working, what is the average time an increased dose should take to work?
Or is it possible that it won't work at all at this dose (225MG all in, 150MG at night and 75MG at Morning.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
