Essentially it is when dopamine agonist drugs lose their therapeutic effect, when symptoms increase/ begin earlier.
The pinned post explains all.
It’s when a dopamine agonist agitates the brain’s management of dopamine. You have more severe attacks which may occur in other parts of the body too, and may happen any time, not just at night.
