I took 2 30mg morphine about an hour ago because I thought it would relieve my RLS in my body.. When can I take 2 50 mg tramadol??

What else are you taking for your RLS what meds..? And any other meds you might be taking, any anti-depressant, antihistamines for allegeries ?

We need a little more info. One size does not fit all and we do not know your history with meds. The morphine is the slow acting one, I assume from the dosing, so it takes a few hrs to get to the maximum effect. On what you can or cannot take, we do not know how it is diagnosed for you, or for the Tramadol. So, we cannot say yes or no on a question like that. Tramadol reaches it's half life quicker than slow release morphine. But, you must ask your doctor. WE cannot advise on something that specific to specific meds, without knowing the background. Full body RLS does suck.

Tramadol has really helped although over time the effect lessens.....
