Comeing off ropinorole

Is it normal to have RLS attacks while lowering dosage yesterday I had a rough day it was pretty bad also my feet hurt is that normal while lowering the dosage

Yes, it is. When you reduce your dose of ropininirole ( or another dopamine agonist like pramipexole), usually the RLS is less well controlled and the symptoms increase. And also usually, the symptoms reduce again (“settle”) after a few days. Based on the experience of many here on this forum. Therefore, we generally advise to reduce in small steps and slowly. Don’t start on the next step of reduction until your symptoms have settled a bit. Some experience that the symptoms remain close to unbearable and therefore may want to reduce more quickly - just to get it over with. In general, a painkiller like tramadol or oxycodon may help tremendously during the withdrawal, especially during the last steps.
