Hi there! I don't think it is unfortunately, but it is available on Amazon UK.
Does it work for you? I can't see anything in it which might help RLS. It appears to be a moisteriser, possibly a counterirritant, a herb that's claimed to promote sleep with some vits and mins thrown in.
I also see an ad which calls it a "natural homeopathic" remedy, which apparently having had homeopathic therapy, I'd say isn't true.
I notice a disclaimer in the ad which basically says you can't ask for your money back if it doesn't work.
But if the benefits outweigh the costs for you, you can also get it on Ebay

Great! You can never tell with these things. I always err on the side of scepticism. If you recommend it then I guess it's OK

I dont know Iv never heard of it. Be careful about using any medication bought online -they could be fake versions of the real thing & it might have side effects
Maybe best speaking to your doctor first Good luck
