RLS in neck & back

Horrendous nights, get very little restful sleep with back & neck. That deep painful ‘itch’ that makes back & neck move, twitch & if lucky several hours of this allow me to eventually nap. I end up sitting up for hours waiting for it to ease. I have MS which affects my legs so I have no or very little feeling/movement there and have to use wheelchair to get around. Any suggestions? Mostly happens at night & sometimes day times too. Any suggestions for easing this? Disappointed with that Channel 5 ‘cure’ program as it seemed mostly a rehash of previous one.

Sorry for your botheration. No help here unfortunately+ I'm suffering fizzy legs and arms right to my fingers. Have yried Paracetamol to potentiate the Oxycontin, but not working. Will try a Diazepam 2mg in 15 mins.

Must have been something in the dinner. Those herbal spices could have anything in them. Msg is disguised as so many names now- or not even declared.

And the tinnitus is clicking away like Cicadas. Mad!

Sorry for the rant on your post-- you are not alone.😥

Glad to hear you're OK

Sorry to hear of your plight. I was wondering if you have actually been diagnosed with RLS.

Everybody's different, I have RLS symptoms in most places, but never have described them as being in my head or back.

Could this be another aspect of your MS?

What medication do you take?

My RLS has augmented & is affecting my neck, shoulders & arms as well as my trunk & legs. It sucks & I feel for you. I wish I had a magical solution but I’m still looking for it 😏 OxyContin gives me the most relief followed closely by medical marijuana. I can NOT believe drug companies can get away with hurting so many people. Healing hugs & peaceful slumbers 🥺🥺😴😴😴
