It’s awesome! I tried taking a break from it for personal reasons, but 9 days later and I could no longer stay away. The support is overwhelming!

Absolutely. I don't what I would have done without everyones shared personal experiences, to know that I wasn't alone or mad! But most of all, those special members and administrators who's patience (which they need at times!) knowledge and the research they do are amazing.

I recently had an «RLS: pyshical vs. psychological» fight with my psychiarist (guess who was on what side). One of the agreements I made with him was to take a break from the group to see if my symptoms improved (the thinking here was that the less I read/think about my symptoms, the less they will be) Well, I took a break. And guess what?!! My symptoms did not improve. I haven’t the heart to tell him I’m back on...
