The FDA banned Quinine for rls because of cardiac issues.

It does work for cramps.

I used it successfully for 8 months- just shows how powerful the mind is!!! --- or how weak mine was!😡

I agree with madlegs1. The tablets help with leg cramps not RLS. IF you have RLS and they have helped its placebo but that is great long may it last.
