Me again! I keep coming back to this post because I’m concerned.

I’m going to make some guesses here: you’re in immense pain (physical and/or emotional) and you don’t know how to express that pain, you feel as if no one understands, you feel utter depair, etc.

We have been through all those. Saying that we completely understand your situation wouldn’t be fair to you, but you have found a group who can get pretty close to understanding! You have our utmost sympathy!!

If you don’t know what to say, that is okay. Yes, it would help us help you if we had more info., but it is not necessary. Would it be easier to list key words instead? (Example: pain, no understanding from others, hopeless, no sleep, etc.)

We are concerned about you.
