Getting worst

Hi I'm new to site but glad I have stumbled across it .

My rls has become increasingly worst as I have become more active after I'll health for a few years i am on a lot of medication for artists and wondered if any of them was making my rls worst . It seems the minute I sit down or go to bed they start and I have noticed that my shoulders won't keep still either . Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Many artists imbibe too much alcohol - which often sets off rls.

But perhaps autospell has muddied your post?
