Hello i need some opinions from anyone thanks I'd appreciate it.

Hello when i sleep at night that my feet bothers me and it kinda bothers me about it but what could i do? And when i get up in the mornings that sometimes my body feels tired is their something i could or how can i relax my feet without them bothering me at night.

Hi and welcome. We are going to need a bit more information about what you are experiencing. What exactly do you mean by your feet bother you? What sort of pain/sensations do you experience? Does moving help? How long has this been going on and has anything else occured around the time of it starting? What time of day do you experience it at? There is some good info here:

This should point you in the right direction. I hope its not RLS as I wouldn't wish it on an enemy but on the other hand if it is you will get plenty of help and support here.

My feet be hurting at the top and the middle part area. It started the last couple of days. And i work at night and I'm on my feet all night and when I'm sleeping that my feet bothers me

IF you do not have the URGE to move that you cannot ignore, then you might not have RLS, What you are describing in general, does not sound like RLS. Follow the links above and see if you have the criteria to fit a diagnosis of RLS, and then you think about going to see your doctor.

I take 2 pramipexole and 2 codeine about 8.30 pm before you go to bed try that not bad for me I have had RLS for years Tony
