Tight calves

My calves muscles just won't seem to relax it's like I've ran a marathon !!!!

Does anyone have any remedies/ stretches that work please?

Try standing with just your toes on the edge of a step/stairs. Then drop your heels down as far as you can, you will feel the stretch in your calves. It helps me. Also try putting a hard rubber ball on the floor, then putting your foot on it, apply pressure with your foot as if you are trying to squash the ball, and roll it around under your feet.

My partners suffers from his. His get tight and when I massage them, it feels a small though they are full of fluid. The skin is tight like a water filled balloon. I rub/massage in hand cream or we use a product called Deep Freeze and/or Deep Heat into his calves. A hot bath with or without Epsom Salts also helps to relax them...

That's what my legs are łike the calves are so tight,I have been having kinesiology for rls and it has worked great my daughter in law has trained in it so it doesn't cost me, look it up it is all about pressure points All I can say it has been brilliant for me yes you do keep having to top it up because I get rls back but after she has had another go it's fine, please don't laugh about it because it took me a long time to let her have a go on my legs but now I am asking her to help me good luck
