My feet has always been restless but it got worse I have to soak them in icy water. They can go from cold to extremely hot then I know it's going to a long night. I have been to the doctor all basic blood test were ok. Can I confirm this is RLS. They get itchy and I keep looking to cool them off. Please help. Thanks
