Hi am wonder am an ex smoker for 2 months now during my quitting process am experiencing a looot my body shakes @ night my chest legs arms are hurt i can't sleep very well i feel @ any time am going to die even my head feels heavy like its swinging day and night please am 4 solution to this any who has something please..

You are suffering from withdrawal from the nicotine.

If you google Matt Finch - you will find recipes and ways to help you through this period. Even though it is basically for opiate addiction , it is just as relevent for us. I found it useful for coming off Fentanyl and Pramipexol.
