You say you've had every Med. Would you be willing to share? I too am unable to take dopamine agonists. But I do have other meds that work brilliantly.

Gabapentine, tramadol, zapain, clonazepam they're the ones im on now tried all the dopamine ones they didn't work just made things worst , have had loads different ones through the years can't remember them all sorry

Hi gypsy, you have to sleep when you can, sod what the neighbours think. :) The rippling of your calf muscles are not a symptom of RLS as far as i know. That COULD be something else. I know you know what RLS is, but just going to ask you, do you still have that urge to move your legs or is it just the muscle rippling.

heck yah even worst when the muscles rippling they still do it when im standing I can watch them weird to watch and feel rls getting worst didn't think it could get worst but there you go ..... next time im going get my daughter to video it sometimes just feels like the muscles rippling other times more visual when I lay in bed actually feel like the whole beds shaking never though owt of it thought I was feeling vibrations from lorries up the lane till my daughter slept with me and told me it was me lol only slight tremors but there all the same , I think about what folk think all the time if I sleep in over a certain time did manage to get a couple hours yesterday morning went to bed about 7.15 got up at around 9am hopefully sleep tonight lol gone 1am now .

apart from the 2hr sleep I got yesterday morning I've been at it since other day lol i'll burn out soon like I usually do happens every now and then last time was couple month ago went to bed after a bath at 7pm didn't get up till 6am then went back to bed at 7am till 11am felt more tired cos I've slept than I do when I haven't lol , hope you get some sleep soon :) x

I survive on average on about 3 1/2 hours sleep a night but on the odd occasion i get a bit more it makes you feel worse.. Sometimes if i am lucky i might get an hours sleep in the daytime. You just have to grab it if & when you can..x
