Nightdancer25June I know you take the particular medication as you had mentioned it.I looked the new laws up on the iPad -specifically worded new laws regarding opiates. It has been sometime in NY that one had to go in person to the office and only 30days written up.Now it is transmitted electronically and it is going to be for 7days unless ones Doctor is able to make other arrangements.Florida,Mass, and a number of other States also have joined this event.Gov Cuomo passed this in June2016.it is going to create a lot of problems. When my spouse was still alive and I was on Dilaudid he registered me frequently with Albany as being the only effective treatment for myRLS.unfortunately that still seems to hold true, although the Relaxis pad has been helping.Sorry to be so long winded and hope this post gets through as some disappear.

I had my niece's kids up here mowing the lawn. I did say NY and Florida got themselves into this mess on the other posts. I think it is not going to be statewide, as I know several people in NY, and every 7 days would be for someone who is VERY depressed, and or has had past addiction problems. NY has the group of doctors "For Responsible Prescribing of Opiates". Translation- big problems. I now have time to do my own looking, the kids are gone, so I will follow up on this, I PROMISE. ;)
