RLS the continuing nightmare

I have not had a full night's slep in over 25 years. I have tried EVERYTHING including acupuncture. I have been using Gabapenten with good results. I am getting the relaxis pad. I have primary RLS. I will post updates

I put on a heap of weight and it did no good.

I am hoping to try the relaxis pad but as far as I know it is still not available in the UK. Will be very interested to hear how you get on wit it Khym

congrats for getting Relaxis pad!  hope it works as well for you as it does for me. the folks that make it will give you a lot of advice, it may take a while to find the best way to use it,

Hi

I am also a  long time sufferer of RLS in both feet,  I was taking Dippipanome/Cyclizine  for severe back pain but found that it stopped  the RLS.

You will need a very understanding  doctor  to prescribe.
