Sometimes I've felt light-headed or get slightly dizzy when RLS is raging. At times it really frightens me.

Yes. I have put this down to the Neupro patch which I have been using for a couple of months. I agree the lightheadedness is worse when the RLS is worse.

I think this could be a symptom of sleep deprivation, I certainly felt that way yesterday after a few hours of sleep the night before. It could also be the meds you are taking,recommend talking to your doctor or pharmacy.
