Worse at night

Hi everyone, new to this, but not restless leg syndrome. 2pm and the heaviness has started arrgh

Not at the moment. On and off really. I'm not sure if there is a link but the more stressed I am the worse it seems. It's been bad for the last few months. I get it in my legs too.

How long have you had and how often do you get rls,

Hi I have had it for years, didn't know it was a real syndrome though. My mum has it and always called it fidgety legs thought she made it up. Sometimes it is all of the time then I won't have it for a while. I have an undercover thyroid and they are adjusting my medication at the moment to see if that helps but it's keeping me up. If I get to sleep I get about 2 hours before it wakes me up.

Have you tried Pramipexole? Works fine for me at night. Taking them 2 hours before sleeptime.
