Not as far as i know, antibiotics shouldnt make RLS worse.
I've heard several people report that antibiotics helped their RLS, to the point of being symptom free while on the antibiotics and for a short while after. I've heard less report ill effects on RLS from antibiotics. While antibiotics are probably not a cure in and of themselves it's a clue to understanding the condition. The following is a good read. It deals with autism and antibiotics. The point of posting the article is that sometimes we have to look in completely new directions for answers
