Recommendations for neurologists specialising in Ekboms/ RLS in the South West UK?

I've suffered with RLS since 2007 and have always taken Ropinirole, in increasing dosages (currently 1mg). I always keep up to date with the posts and questions raised on this forum and am now concerned that perhaps the time has come to review the medication I'm taking........can anyone recommend a neurologist in the South West (UK) with a good understanding of RLS.....as good as the GPs are they have limited knowledge.....
