Hi conchita how long have you been off pramipexole? I have used pregablin, found it very good for sciatic pain but didnt do anythimg to ease or prevent restless legs. The only side effect I had was fluid retention/weight gain.
Hi Pippins.I should have mentioned have only stopped Pramipexole(4yrs use) 3 days ago and feeling sick but reading. Side effects re suicidal thoughts and depression has made me very anxious plus why is it prescribed for RLS. I. Am only reading it is prescribed for other symptoms ( eg epilepsy ,fybromyalgia etc.) also the last thing I want is weight gain.Sorry it has not worked for you,so maybe try another drug.Conchita
