Antihistamines will worsen you RLS.
I take Allegra D and Flonase. Good luck.

Thanks - I do already and never thought I would get it :(. However I resorted to anti histamine with no noticeable effect on RLS but they do make me feel groggy. Better today. More sleep and wet wet wet! x
