Has anybody had any experience of this and knows how to take it, when, how often , for how long.....etc. Thankyou x

I had to look it up, and cant see that this something that would help RLS in any way... Has some one recommended it for you to try...??

I looked this up on the British Homeopathic Society Website and it says it is useful for "restlessness". Mentions joints getting stiff and people having to move around all the time etc. Says nothing specific about RLS. Might be useful for you to read the article. Not sure how I attach it to this for you - sorry. Good luck and let us know. Anything is worth a try. On thing though, All RLS is long term and will never completely go away unless some miracle cure is found.

My gp said try it....just wondered if there are any homeopathists on the site that could advise. I've read all about it and it can't hurt to try. Just not sure of the methods. I should go and see a homeopathist really but too expensive at the moment. I have read reports of people it has helped.
