I've been taking 1800mg Gabapentin and 3mg Ropinirole 1 hour before bed for three weeks and sleeping well no RLS . Man it's great sleep well. I had been taking Gabapentin for 2 years and it worked 70% of the time. Just started the Ropinorole three weeks ago and sleeping well every day, night (swing shifts).

Hi. Pleased something is working for you. I have been taking 4mg Requip XL (slow release) for a year now with nothing else and been doing fine. A few breakthroughs which I think everyone has but otherwise brilliant. The standard Ropinerole stopped working when I was up to 3mg and I got this one by default in another country. Lucky for me!!!! As LadyBal says, it can cause nausea but I conquered this by taking it with my evening meal. Good luck and may your relief continue.
