Is everyone ok..??

I thought i would look in and i see its very quiet on here. I hope everyone is ok and didnt suffer to much with RLS over Christmas.

Hi Elisse. I hope you had a good Christmas. Personally my RLS wasn't too bad. My symptoms still rear their ugly head every now and again but my meds are still giving me plenty of relief. How about you? My best wishes for a very Happy New Year and let's hope there were be even more research with results into helping those of us who suffer with RLS.

Hi cicek, glad to hear your meds are giving you plenty of relief. My Christmas was RLS free for two nights, then i had a bad night, But that seems to happen with alot of people, RLS, will pop up just when we think everything is fine, It seems to be the nature of the beast. Yes, lets hope research is going on I havent heard of any, but then we dont usually find out until after they print any results.

Very kind of you Elisse to call in. I do not take any drugs for RLS but its presence was made known most evenings for a while. Only had one bad night just before Christmas but that may have been as I ate so much cheese.

It is a lovely crisp, sunny day here so I am going out for a walk.

It sure is quiet not much going back and forth, no matter how busy you are RLS wins over all holidays, if we could only turn it to off for a day. I find the stress of the holidays creates more pain for me.
