Just sending the last rays of the day to you.I've despaired with cross addicting food from abstaining from tobacco..I could hear the little gremlin last night,like it knows this quit is for real.Sharing it takes some of the power out of it but like everything else it comes down to me and the choice.I've been stocking up on fruit so I have option,fruit I enjoy.I don't know (that's the truth!)Nope is to ripple in all areas of my life,what I do know is that your posts have helped this addict get through to her 2nd week.Yesterday I felt growth in my soul and it felt better than any quick fix.The gift of releasing against replacing!!I want to experience that more.Wishing you the very best,you deserve nothing less, iris x
