that was the last time I stopped. It worked really well. It’s a shame it’s still not available because it made you not want to smoke!
Recigar Its a herbal product, You buy it on Amazon U.K. for about £20. After around 4 days you have no desire to smoke . The instruction are in Polish but the regime is easy to understand and you gradually reduce the frequency of taking the tablets. You need to take the whole course though in case nasty nic rears his head again.
A mouthful of water every time I got the urge to smoke.
nicorette QUICKMIST , the only thing that’s made me stop and stayed stopped, I turned 4 years quit on the 4th May this year
