For myself they were great. Having awful anxiety and trying to google every side effect made my anxiety worse as they all tell you how amazing you should feel 3 days after. Even the whole 1-3 months was a lie in my case. To come on here and see real peoples experiences made me feel so at ease and having the pinned posts I didn't have to ask a question everytime my brain was literally going crazy.
