I'm teaching myself guitar and don't have to stop every 15 minutes or so to light a cigarette and watch it burn out.
Covid was the reason I finally quit. 3/22/2020 quit date.
as the second wave took hold I was already having health anxiety due to smoking so took the plunge and stopped the cigs and went on a vape.
Covid caused me to give up 😀
I gave up on Friday March 13th, 2020
Well done Tempo I will assign you an achievement badge. xxx
Lucky for some! 🍀 Well done! 🌼
After 2+ smoke free years I found I was having to deal with very strong cravings. I have no idea if this was in some way, unconsciously, linked to fear of covid.
We have not been affected to the same degree here in Aussie. I live in Victoria which where the put the lockdowns etc. Managing a house for people with intellectual disabilities got a lot tougher as the residents were in lockdown. The hardest part for me was not being able to go home to New Zealand when my brother passed away very suddenly. I worry about my son in the USA everyday.
