Same here. On sept 29 will be 5 years smoke free. What a journey. Even though I didn't post alot back then I was reading on the website. Great information. Thank you guys..You all amazing !

I am still a very proud happy ex smoker of over 3 and half years now that managed to make the miracle of giving up happen!!! Around my early days into it, this quit support group was my main lifeline and was what kept me going on the right track. Fab admin crew with continuous praise and encouragement along the way and fab bunch of others on same track at similar time. To me I got so much emotional support knowing we were all going through it together 👍⭐🥰 x

Nearly 7years quit the cigarettes ... but I'm still vaping.

Hi Jillygirl glad to see you still going strong on here too 👍 had been running and over last 3 years ended up with about 25 medals and even did marathon somehow!!! Not bad for ex 20 a day for 40 years and 1 and a half lungs and now chrons eh 🤪🤣 not done any running for about 6 months now coz more into going on my bike at moment especially in this weather 😎 and will get back to my swimming and yoga when we get out of all this!!! X

Wow you are amazing. Yep I am the same just 1 lung and ended up with pancretitis and diverticultis. ( Do you think we`re greedy lol. )
