or trying to. If we could get it going I am sure it would help. At the moment its morning and then evening when its busy . I will work on it . Any ideas pm me. xx

Don't think I would but can see the benefits for people on their own at night, can't sleep etc especially useful in the early days of quitting

I couldn't join in..my partner thinks I spent far too much time on the tablet anyway😂 Could ditch the partner...but at my age better the devil you know😂😂😂😂
