Day 12

I went cold turkey 12 days ago after smoking 20 a day for almost 30 years. I feel so much better for quitting but feel like I can’t stop eating which is not good!

Food is better than the devil smoking! I have just started my quit attempt again and I am doing the same and eating far too much

Dont worry about gaining weight, you dont want to much pressure when trying to quit smoking, you can worry about that later, after you have been smoke🚭free for a while..... I did!

In the meantime, I wish you good luck on your journey to become smoke🚭free.

I quit cold turkey August 19th and can relate. I stay stocked up on apples, strawberries, veggies etc - healthy foods we can over indulge on. I have been going to the gym everyday which really makes me feel normal again I think because of the high of working out. Keep up the great work.
