I am now at day 9. My last cig was 8/18. Last week was rough and I really just layed low, slept alot and ate healthy foods. Lots of raw fruits and veggies with lots of lemon tea. I feel this was helpful in detoxing. As of yesterday the brain fog has lifted significantly. Yesterday I went for a mile and a half run and then worked out for an hour at the gym. This really lifted my spirit and energy and so I came home and turned on the radio and cleaned house. I was loving the energy burst. I bought some pre-workout due to the lack of energy I have felt from nicotine withdrawals .... I bought the C-4. I would highly recommend it is you are healthy ... ask your doctor. I am okay to take it on a short term basis ... no medical issues at all. I know they are not good for you but the energy boost allowed me to have what I call a more normal day with a boost of energy !! Makes quitting even better to get to the gym and work out and be able to breathe and feel strong. A real empowerment if you will. Best wishes to all on this journey ... we are worth it.

Now 23 days smoke free and feeling great. Going to the gym everyday - feels so good to work out and feel strong and healthy.
