Day 2 without the old cancer stick. A testing day but haven't got a huge urge to smoke just yet. I just hope my motivation stays strong

Just hang on in there. I'm on day 4 and much better this morning. Had a couple of urges yesterday but they passed pretty quick.

2 years now without a cig after 18 years of heavy smoking, you can do it, just always be prepared for the urges and have a game plan for when they strike.
