Hi Jacqui860, I don't know anyone who has tried it and can only recommend the support I have received from my stop smoking adviser. I never thought of hypnosis but if I'm honest to mean to shell out the readies on it when I can get 12 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy for a one off prescription charge - what's not to like. Good luck however you approach quitting but if I'm honest I'd save your money and find your nearest stop smoking service for support, it worked for me. Robin
