If you've cracked that giving up smoking will be a doddle . . . seriously have a look at quit4life.nhs.uk for some inspiration and make contact for some support. I have heard the telephone support is great for those who struggle with getting out especially if you have COPD, as often the weather will have a big impact if you leave the house or not. Robin
