Hi, I'm April.
Last week I joined the NHS health unlocked community, I have just started my second week of the NHS 12 week weight loss plan and this week I'm supposed to get more active. I have never had good upper body strength and have always given up on things that I cant do and unfortunately push ups are one of them! I saw this challenge and thought about it but the idea of having to post it online was daunting/ humiliating as I cant even do a push up! I'm not an unfit person, I cycle to work everyday I live in a place that has no cars or motorised vehicles so its either walk or cycle, I just have no arm strength. I just don't know that id stick it out. Any suggestions?
