A workout in the sunshine

I went out for a run in the London sun this morning and ended up at one of my local parks.  I'm trying to add more Stregnth work in so I broke my run up and used all the exercise machines in the park for a change.  It was so nice to be in a short sleeved shirt in the sunshine.  5x50 done today even did over the 1hour with the run and exercise so a double day, not that it counts as that.

WEll done RFC!  I used the park gym equipment when I had the shin splint but lately it's been unusable as it's sitting in flood water!
