Like many on here I use this forum to motivate myself to core and Stregnth work. I'm using the 5x50 to really get some structure to this. I have been building up for months and feel ready for the next bit. My background is in my early 20's I was a body builder so I'm going back to my roots. Easter present to myself is a weight bench. I've been using the exercise ball but I miss having a bench. So I'm going to do 4 days a week breaking up body parts to train on different days like I used to when I was body building. I still have trouble posting pictures taken with my iPod touch but you get the idea. 😃🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋.

wow... get you Mrs .... a body builder in your 20's eh? We want to see pics!!!! Good luck, that is one stunning bench. I cant wait to hear your progress ( and see the muscles!!)
Hehe. Do you know what I don't have any. I've always had a bit of a bad body image of myself I think I only have 2 photos of me in a bikini. I wish I had one. Hopefully I will see the difference as my ab duvet has decreased by 1.5" with my sit-ups and new eating plan. Maybe I might end up with a visible six pack, that's the dream.
