Like many on here I use this forum to motivate myself to core and Stregnth work. I'm using the 5x50 to really get some structure to this. I have been building up for months and feel ready for the next bit. My background is in my early 20's I was a body builder so I'm going back to my roots. Easter present to myself is a weight bench. I've been using the exercise ball but I miss having a bench. So I'm going to do 4 days a week breaking up body parts to train on different days like I used to when I was body building. I still have trouble posting pictures taken with my iPod touch but you get the idea. 😃🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋.
