We sadly lost my dear dad, who had PSP, in December. He caught COVID and was eventually unable to fight it. He had recently bought a wheelchair but had never used it so it's brand new and we wondered whether anyone would like it (for free). It would need to be collected from Southend, Essex. It is lightweight, fully collapsible and with the option to be battery operated. Lots of love to everyone affected by this disease x

Hi Louise, I'm very sorry to hear about your Dad, such a tough year for you. My Mum is close to needing a wheelchair and I'm only in Chelmsford. Will message you if that's ok. Thank you.

Louise (and Sarah)?

I am so sorry for your loss. Take comfort that your Father is no longer in pain and does not have to deal with this insidious disease. Hugs and prayers coming your way.

Warm Regards,

Dick

Thankyou Dick, I do actually take a lot of comfort in this. It was very hard to see his life become so difficult when he had previously been so full of zest and independence. X
