Sudden hard lumps like cramps in stomach

This happens if I move a certain way, like buckle over a bit. The hard lump/s start to come up in my stomach it’s painful and slowly dissipates as I change my posture like tilting back. It can happen often or not happen for a while but is debilitating for the seconds it ages to dissipate.

Can anyone relate to this?

I've never heard of that one. My first thought is a stomach muscle contracting for whatever reason. I'd make a note of it and ask your doctor about it.

Could this be constipation? Or a bowel impaction? I'd speak with your MD about it.

I agree with rriddle this can be caused by constipation.keep a good check on your bowels due to perforation of the bowel.
