I looked up definition....Not much help...but it is a change in thought or action when one considers and advances toward that thought or action...huh?

ex. man started using fire the shift was that he no longer was nomadic but began to build villages, and thus a culture began....?

the printing press came along and instead of writing on papyrus people began reading books.....?

Now how a paradigm shift works with psp....I don't know....

My husband IS USING zolpidem. he is not changing his behavior more just being able to sleep. Ambien is a sedative/hypnotic. he has not had any behavioral shifts. He is still apathetic but has not experienced anger or unsocial behavior. Anyway that our experience on Zolpidem

My husband takes Zolpidum (Ambien CR) for sleep. Nnot quite sure what a therapeutic paradigm-shift looks like, but hasn't change anything with my husband, sometimes doesn't even help with sleep. He take one each night, maybe higher doses are used for this study?

It's not in the U.S. It's the generic for Ambien.

Not sure how long it's been on the market, but my husband has taken it off and on for about 7 years. He's had problem with sleep for about that long. He used to sleep like a baby. Thought his insomnia was stress related, but now I'm not sure.
