I was really surprised I couldn't hold my scream for 30 seconds . I had to do it in 2 bursts. Must be out of condition.

30 seconds is a longtime. I had 2 of my friends kids screaming and they kept it up for much much much longer than 30 sec.

Seems like permission to scream was a mind altering experience for them. They are giddy with it still.

When my 3 boys were young I wouldn't let them scream as we had lots of childless neighbours and I didn't want them to think of us as the noisy ones. The boys would have loved being given permission to scream. I'm not so hard on our 3 grandsons and as I have 40+ single men each side of me who I rarely see, I'm not so worried about annoying them, especially as both their gardens are jungles which are steadily taking over the borders, which also makes me feel like screaming.....another story!

WELL MY CARER FRED REUSED TO GO OUT AND SCREAM EVEN WHEN I told him it was for carers to let off steam = all he said was - i dont feel like that about caring for you .... how lucky am i ??

What a lovely man. I told my husband I wasn't screaming because I had to look after him but for him and because he had PSP. He tried to join in but we ended up laughing as it came out like the heavy breathing of an obscene phone call.
